Since all of your trip plans and requirements are different, we are happy to offer several choices for you and hope you'll find one that suits your needs. Initially FOR EVERYONE, there is a free consultation during which time we hope you realize that you should book your travel plans to Britain with us! We do regret that we cannot accept bookings originating outside the US.
A. NO CHARGE: If you have done some of the trip research, bring me a reasonable first design for your trip and primarily want me to validate or suggest a few improvements (up to 1 hour phone time) for your trip, and if we book all aspects of your trip, there is no charge. but there is a deposit of $50.00 per person (max 2) which will be put toward the cost of your trip when booked and taken as a penalty if trip is cancelled.
B. $50.00 Fee Per Person: This will be the charge if we only book part of your trip and if you require more than one hour consultation time. The maximum time is 3 hours and the maximum charge will be for 4 people regardless of the size of the party. There are no booking fees for extra participants and none for children. However unlike part A, this fee is in addition to the cost of your trip.
C. Full Consultation: If you need extensive education assistance and advice beyond one hour and will need nothing booked, then the time required will be billed at the rate of $75/hour after an initial fee of $100.00 total regardless the size of the party.
Whichever plan you select , you are welcome to call with questions and problems at any time including the night before you leave on your trip! The times described above are for trip planning only.
